On Monday, April 9th, 2012, Joseph Verdusco, age 18, of Fairview, Arkansas, was arrested for: Two counts of Terroristic Threatening (class D felony); Criminal Mischief in the 1st degree (class D felony); and Fleeing (class C misdemeanor).
The arrest stems from when Verdusco’s mother and her friend went to the private residence of a Marion County officer, on the late night of Sunday, April 8th, 2012, stating that Verdusco had threatened to kill them and attacked her car with a steel pipe, while they were inside attempting to get away from him. Verdusco fled from the area on foot, upon officer’s attempting to locate him and conducting a safety sweep of the area.
Verdusco was located and arrested without incident on the following day of April 9th, 2012. Verdusco’s bond was set at $25,000.00 and is currently awaiting his first appearance before the Marion County Circuit Court.
