Domestic and DWI’s in Izard County, Arkansas!

Izard County deputies were dispatched May 9 to  a residence in Oxford in response to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, it was determined  that an argument had escalated to a physical altercation Richard Beavers of that address had assaulted an adult female and a ten year old child.  Beaver, age 37 was charged with assault on a family member, endangering the welfare of a minor, and domestic battery. Beavers posted  a cash bond the following day in the amount of $250, given a court date, and released.

On Thursday, Melbourne School Resource Deputy Matthew Churchwell  was dispatched to the Melbourne Elementary School in response to a compliant that Joshua Dockins, age 26 of Oxford was at the school to pick up two minor children and that he appeared to be under the influence and smelled of marijuana.  Dockins stated that he had been smoking marijuana and using meth and that he had bag of marijuana and a hypodermic syringe in his pockets. Dockins was charged with driving while intoxicated-drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia -two counts, and possession of a controlled substance. Dockins posted bond in the amount of $2,500 and was released May12 from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Kelly James McClellan, age 35 of Dolph was arrested May on charges of driving while intoxicated, driving left of center, possession of a controlled substance obstructing governmental operations, and refusal of submit to a chemical test.  McClellan posted bond May 11 in the amount of $5,000 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Jessie Lynn Tyrone, age 19 of Calico Rock was arrested May 8 on the charge of driving on a suspended license.  Tyrone posted bond the day of her arrest in the amount of $350 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Skylar Michael Bolivar, age 22 of Melbourne was arrested May 12 on the charge of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana).  Bolivar posted bond the day of his arrest in the amount of $1,230 and released.

Rex Keith Treftc, age 41 of Oxford was arrested May 7 on felony failure to appear warrant and remains in the Izard County Detention   Facility in lieu of $10,000 cash bond.

Michal Abraham Harris, age 37 of Melbourne was arrested May 11 for violation of Arkansas hot check law and remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $376 cash bond.

Leann Evelyn Harris, age 33 of Melbourne was arrested May 11 on a Jackson County warrant and was transferred to the Jackson County Jail.

Matthew Travis Hoskins, age 25 of Ash Flat was arrested May 10 on a failure to pay fines warrant.  Hoskins posted  a cash bond the following day in the amount of $450 and was released.

Randy Ronald Foster, age 30 of Williford was arrested May 7 on a failure to pay fines warrant.  Foster remains in the Izard County Detention Facility on a Wisconsin hold.

Ericka Lynn Stephens, age 21 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested May 12 on a failure to pay fines warrant.  Stephens posted a $560 cash bond the day of her arrest and was released.

Aleisha Eyvonne Cooley, age 32 of Melbourne was jailed May 7 for a 21 day period for violating provisions of drug court.
